Local Musician and supporter of The Care Communities Sahara Smith will perform at North by Northwest (10010 N. Capital of TX Hwy) for the benefit of the organization Thursday, June 21, 2012 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM (Doors opens at 6 PM).

Suggested donation is $15 per person. Cover includes one drink ticket compliments of NXNW with all proceeds to benefit The Care Communities.

$15 per person - tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Proceeds from the event support the programs of The
Care Communities. Last year, the organization served over 300 individuals throughout the Central Texas Area. All funds raised immediately impact the lives of individuals who need care or would otherwise go without care. Sahara Smith is an Austin based singer/songwriter. Growing up in Wimberley, Sahara was recently recognized by the Austin Music Awards taking home honors for Best Female Vocals, Best Fold Performer and Best Songwriter. John T. Davis, Austin Woman Magazine, recently featured Sahara saying “Singer/songwriter Sahara Smith brings unique style to the live-music scene.”

About The Care Communities: a local nonprofit 501(c)3 charitable organization that believes that no one should face a life threatening illness alone.
